Yoga
I have been teaching yoga since 2004. Before that I started as an aerobic instructor, but got more an more interested is mindfulness and yoga. I did a teachertraining in Pilates and Body Balance (Les Mills) and after that I fully concentrated on yoga. I did several trainings. In 2015 I finished a 200 hour Yoga Alliance teachertraining with Robert Boustany (pralaya yoga).
Now I already teach for over 15 years and it still gives me a lot of energy and joy. My classes can be different every time but they always have a flow. Also there will be a little challenge in my classes because I think some activity will lead to deeper relaxation. I pay a lot of attention to the alignment of the body in the different postures to create balance.
I am Dutch from origin and I can teach in English, Spanish and Dutch. If necessary I also speak German.
Education: Perfect Pilates, 200 Hours Yoga Alliance and many workshops en courses in various yogastyles.
